Custom builds typically take 1-2 business days plus shipping.
We offer a 15-day return policy on all unused skateboard merchandise in original packaging. Custom complete skateboards can be returned within 15 days if unridden. Grip tape and bearings must be unopened for returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error. Contact us for a return authorization number before shipping items back.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days nationwide, while expedited shipping arrives in 1-3 business days. We offer free shipping on skateboard orders over $75. Rush processing is available for last-minute skate sessions - just contact us before 2 PM EST.
